Sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, garlic, onions, tofu, yellow orange and red bell peppers. Also a small salad wiff vinegar as dressing.
I went down to Dearborn to the fruit market and filled my entire fridge and then some wiff yummy fruits and veggies.
Its amazing how many fruits and veggies you go through when doing this cleansing, it is only the afternoon of day two and I already need to go to the grocery and pick up some more things!!

This is day one of the fruits and veggies I put into my juice for break fast and lunch. So far today has been ok, I’m a bit hungry but its not to bad, I juss keep myself full wiff water.
