My goal is to get healthy and shed some weight while doing it. My starting weight is 255lbs, pants size 18, shirt size XL & L. Age 19 and height is 5 feet 9 inches. My current weight is 240lbs. My goal weight is around 215lbs for now. This is my journey, enjoy.
Day three juice number two. I ended up having to double this recipe to make 32oz. So in the end I used, two beets, 4 celery stalks, 6 carrots, 1 lemon, two cucumbers or one large one, and I juss threw in 2 radishes.
So last night I cheated and drank vodka wiff crystal light in it and two light beers… I was at a MMA fight and I juss cheated. I feel guilty but it was a one day cheat. I also weighed myself this morning and I weighed in at 147lbs, that means I lost 8lbs in juss two days! I am so happy wiff this!
Day threes breakfast. I didn’t get a picture of what I put in it cause I was juss sorta grabbing. I usually do a fruit juice for breakfast since it has a lot of sugar I have time to work it off through the day. I didn’t measure anything out for this but I put, 4-5 strawberries, a handful of blueberries and black berries, a large chunk of pineapple, honey dew mellon, and water mellon.
This was day twos dinner. I didn’t get a picture after I juiced it cause I was in a rush and put it in a to go cup and drank it on my drive to a MMA fight. In this juice there is, 1 cucumber, 3 carrots, 1 bunch broccoli, 1 apple, 4 stalks romaine lettuce, 4 stalk celery, and 1 bunch kale.
